MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT

Our organisation's management acknowledges and confirms that ensuring the continuity of the Integrated Management System is of utmost importance for company employees and future strategic development plans. It aims to establish and implement a system to effectively meet the requirements specified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal Food standards (SMIIC-1, MS 1500) in order to achieve the objectives and policies it has set within the scope of the Integrated Management System. This system must be consistent with the scope and strategic direction of the organisation. Therefore, the company has made it a principle to communicate the importance of customer requirements and legal requirements to its employees, to raise their awareness of the Integrated Management System, and to ensure that these requirements are continuously met. The identification and determination of risks and opportunities that affect the ability to enhance product suitability and customer satisfaction are supported. In this way, a system focused on increasing customer satisfaction can be ensured. As a result of this commitment, training and infrastructure investments related to the Integrated Management System are provided throughout the company, and continuous improvement, process approach and risk-based thinking are supported and encouraged. When establishing the Integrated Management System, senior management ensures the appointment of the relevant management representative by means of a letter of appointment and, when the management representative changes and/or leaves the company, revises the document and makes the appointment again. Managers at management levels lead in assigning responsibilities and providing support to personnel at lower levels regarding the Integrated Management System. The Integrated Management System approach, which starts at the top and is implemented throughout the organisation, ensures that it reaches down to the lowest level of the company. Therefore, managers within the company lead by example, both verbally and in writing, in complying with the requirements of the Integrated Management System and participating in its activities.

The top management of the organisation commits to complying with and promoting the Integrated Management System, which has been defined, implemented and is being applied, both within and outside the company, to provide all support and to lead by actively participating in activities, to allocate the resources necessary for the system to work efficiently, to ensure its effectiveness, continuous improvement and that it is understood by all employees.

Slaughterhouse and Advanced Processing branches; effectively implement the requirements of its quality, environmental and food safety management systems, adopt a continuous improvement approach, and aim to be an organisation that makes a difference in its sector by protecting the interests of all stakeholders, based on applicable and legal requirements, with a team whose competencies are defined according to legal requirements and sectoral experience, and by assessing existing risks and opportunities both within and outside the company.

AS OFİS Slaughterhouse and Advanced Processing branches aim to be a distinctive organisation in their sector by producing in accordance with Islamic Sharia law, employing expert staff who effectively implement the requirements of their halal food management systems and adopt a continuous improvement approach.

AS OFİS Slaughterhouse and Advanced Processing branches, with a management philosophy that adopts the principle of providing all necessary resources for the implementation of Halal Production Criteria for Allah (SWT) in all production stages and relationships, from the arrival of raw materials to the production area to the distributor warehouse, commits to providing healthy food that meets customer expectations on behalf of all its employees.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

AS OFİS slaughterhouses and Advanced Processing Branches aim to be a pioneering organisation in their sector, based on legal requirements, by minimising the potential harmful effects on the environment in all their products and processes within the scope of sustainable development, as a matter of social responsibility in their relationship with the environment, from the arrival of raw materials at the production site to the distributor's warehouse.

To this end, we aim to:

Implement, monitor, continuously improve and maintain the Environmental Management System;

Comply with approved national laws/regulations and other obligations relating to the environment;

Minimise environmental pollution and waste and ensure the disposal of our hazardous waste by minimising its environmental impact;

Communicating and maintaining transparency regarding our environmental policy to our customers, guests, employees, suppliers, and all relevant parties,

Committing to conducting periodic reviews to achieve our Environmental Objectives and Targets, continuously improving environmental performance, increasing operational efficiency, and reducing natural resource consumption.
